Great Research Results
Thanks to all our customers who completed our customer survey recently. We picked up some useful information and also got some very reassuring and heart warming comments and ratings. In particular, 84% of respondents scored us “excellent” and the remaining 16% “good”. We also got a “net promoter” score of 86%, which falls in the top range of “Exceptional or World Class” for such scores. Good to know our customers are happy!
